Civica Group Acquires RM Education (Asia-Pacific)

The RM Group has announced that the local RM Education (Asia-Pacific) organisation has been acquired by the Civica Group. Civica is heavily committed to the Asia-Pacific region and employs more than 700 staff in Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, and Taiwan.
Civica has a large education business with major education technology projects underway in Singapore and Europe. In Australia they supply Library management software to a number of existing RM Education customers.
